People in America are becoming paranoid about Political Correctness (PC?). You cannot have an honest conversation or lack of it without being labelled one way or another. Whatever happened to free speech?. Besides, in the modern concept of a civilized society, a citizen or non-citizen has an inalienable right to apologize for speech gone bad as long as the apology is heartfelt and in the spirit of tolerance and fair discourse.
